Refrigerated Storage

General information

• All cold shipments will be subject to normal material handling charges. Please see material handling order form for pricing.
• Storage rate will be billed at a flat rate based on total pallets of material received requiring cold storage. (Storage rate is for entire show - not a daily rate)
• You must have an authorized company representative present at the time of delivery to your booth to inventory and sign for the items.
• Refrigerated products are NOT accepted at the warehouse.

Advance storage reservation

Make your reservation early by completing this form and submitting payment prior to the first day of exhibitor move-in.
Cold storage ordered at show site will be charged an additional 30% and subject to space availability.
