Fuel Authorization

For Outdoor Exhibits that need fuel, please complete the below form to let us know the type, amount, and date(s) fuel is needed. A new form will need to be submitted for each day the service is needed. Fuel can be provided through the day via the Outdoor Fuel Cart. Please allow up to 2 hours for delivery.

The following charges will apply:

0 - 10 Gallons $84.45
11 - 20 Gallons $161.15
21 - 30 Gallons $238.10
31 - 40 Gallons $314.55
41 Gallons & Above (per gallon) $8.35


Please note:

  • Both Unleaded and Diesel fuels are available.
  • Fuel will be brought to the booth, but the Exhibitor must put the fuel into the equipment.
  • Estimated gallons supplied will be recorded by WOC and initialed by the exhibitor.
  • Total fuel usage will be calculated at the conclusion of the show and appear on your invoice.
