You have been given an option for tables and chairs in your salon. This form must be completed and submitted by {{show.discountPriceDeadline.displaySingleDate}} to receive your selected options. If this form is not received by the deadline date, you will automatically be given one SoHo Black Top Cafe Table and no chairs. No exchanges onsite - no exceptions.
Please note: Orders placed after the deadline date will be at the exhibitor's expense and subject to availability.
