Unlimited Material Handling Package Plan
This package is available to all exhibitors. Orders must be received by {{show.discountPriceDeadline.displaySingleDate}}.
Package with labor includes:
• Unloading of materials at show site and delivery to booth per assigned move-in target date.
• One (1) hour of either rigger, teamster or display labor straight time labor for every 100 sqft of exhibit space billed. Click here to order labor services.
• One-time spotting of equipment, provided exhibitor is on-site when equipment is unloaded. This includes the use of cranes. The exhibitor must be present. Note: Any re-spotting, untarping, blocking and re-blocking, uncrating, unskidding and retarping of equipment is an additional expense charged direct to the exhibitor.
• Removal, storage and return of empties after the show closes.
• Reloading of materials on outbound vehicles of exhibitor’s choice.
• All exhibitor materials must be removed based on your targeted date.
• Orders for packages placed at showsite will incur an additional 40% charge.

• 16oz Classic Carpet (choice of color), 1/2" padding and visqueen (protective plastic covering). Includes delivery, material handling, installation and removal.
