Alcohol Beverage Product Dissolution

Arrangements must be made for all alcohol beverage product to be removed from the Exhibit Hall or Main Street Hospitality Suites or disposed of at the close of the show. These arrangements must be made no later than DATE at TIME.

Please complete and return this form by the deadline date. This form will also be available for submission at the onsite Exhibitor Service Center or the Product Distribution Center.

If donation is submitted as the method of removal/disposal, the donation recipients include College of Southern Nevada and UNLV School of Hospitality.
